Methedras

By now, you should know the drill.

We’ve been having musicians from across metal’s grand spectrum pen brief guest columns for us on a number of engaging topics: must-read books, must-see films, and bands you may not know but absolutely should.

Today, we present a column from Methedras’ Daniele Gotti.

Humulus
Stoner metal at its maximum! I really consumed their debut album and I particularly loved their song “Ghost Rider.”

Tool Silence
Italian Celtic Metal dating back to the end of 1980s. A magic harmony of broken dreams melted up with a strong classic heavy metal sound. For dreamers only.

Atrophy
This is not properly an underground or unknown band, but it is a forgotten one. They are also my favorite forgotten ones! This is 1980s thrash metal at the best level! I really miss them.
