In Flames Release Tentative Album Title

In Flames

Tentative title? Tentative? I think what In Flames have come up with is a solid album title. Almost as awesome as If You’re Going To Ride With The Devil, You’d Better Be Faster Than Hell, which was a working title for a Haste record a decade ago.

The Swedish metal act have apparently titled their new one Sounds Of A Playground Fading, which is fucking ominous, creepy, and intriguing. I say keep that title, In Flames. I like it!

The album — which will be In Flames‘ tenth — is due in May, and 13 songs have already been tracked for the set. The record was captured at the band’s IF Studios in Gothenburg with engineer Roberto Laghi.

“We are very happy with the result,” the band has said of the disc. There you go. If they’re happy, I’m happy. The disc will be released through Good Fight Music.
