In Flames, Testament Join Download Festival Bill

All That Remains, HellYeah, L7 also tapped to perform

If I had the extra cash to burn, I’d totally fly over to England this summer for the Download Festival.

I’ve always wanted to attend, and thus far, the bill for this year’s installment is tempting.

So are English chicks. Maybe if I head over there, I’ll get to shack up during the week with some rad-ass babe with a banging hind. That would be stellar sauce.

But I don’t really have extra cash. A bunch of unexpected expenses within the last two months have done wonders when it comes to draining my coffers. But enough about me and my troubles — let’s find out who has just joined Download’s lineup.

Let’s start with Testament. How’s that work for you?

Andrew W.K. has also been roped in to perform, as have In Flames and a band simply called Thunder.

L7 are playing Download, too, along with We Are Harlot, The Ghost Inside, Black Star Riders, All That Remains, and HellYeah.

Defeater, Fearless Vampire Killers, Chelsea Grin, Stray From The Path, and a bunch of other horseshit I’ve never heard of is also booked for sets.

Of course, Slipknot, Muse and Kiss will serve as the headliners for the three-day festival, set for Donington Park between June 12 and June 14.

Oh, and Ace Frehley will be playing, too. I sure hope he doesn’t bump into Kiss backstage. A geriatric brawl could break out.
