For the first time in their career, Judas Priest could end up debuting in the Billboard Top 10 when this week’s album sales figures are released Wednesday.
Reports claim Priest’s 17th studio album, Redeemer Of Souls, is projected to sell more than 30,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, resulting in the band’s first-ever Top 10 effort in America.
The estimate was based on sales reports compiled after the record arrived in stores on July 8 on Epic.
They certainly spent enough money advertising the fucking thing.
I did not buy a copy, and never was offered a review copy either, which I think is fucked up.
Did you buy the record?
