It looks like Revolver’s once rosy relationship with the Korn dudes is on the rocks, and there’s trouble in paradise.
The mag — which gave Korn top album honors a few years back for that craptastic dubstep record, a move that certainly called Revolver’s credibility into question — kept Korn’s frontman Jonathan Davis from its new illustrated “Mayhem Festival” cover.
J.D. took notice of the move and commented on it on Twitter.
The cover boasts images of the frontmen for Mayhem’s other bands, including Avenged Sevenfold, Trivium, Asking Alexandria, Cannibal Corpse, Suicide Silence, Mushroomhead, Body Count and Miss May I.
ThePRP claims unconfirmed rumors of some potential bad blood between Korn and Revolver have been circulating ever since the group pulled out of playing the magazine’s annual sham awards show.
They did it this year and two years ago.
Revolver sure know how to hold grudges.
