Korn, Suffocation Frontmen To Guest On New Suicide Silence

Suicide Silence

Holy hell. Now there’s one reason for, and one reason against listening to the new Suicide Silence record, which I wasn’t planning on listening to and is called The Black Crown.

First, the band recruited Korn’s Jonathan Davis to make a guest appearance on the record, and then balanced out the douchbaggery by adding Suffocation frontman Frank Mullen as a guest on one track.

Gee. Phat! I think I may just download the Mullen track and call the whole thing off. Or something. The CD was recorded with heavyweight producer Steve Evetts and will be coming out through Century Media Records.

Davis appears on the song “Witness The Addiction” and Mullen, on the song “Smashed.” Wonder if these dudes like to party?

Suicide Silence on Sunday started filming a video for the track “You Only Live Once,” which frontman Mitch Lucker promises will “be fucking insane!” Yeah, bra.
