Kylesa To Release Spiral Shadow This Fall

We have to wait until October 26 to get new Kylesa, but the good news is we are getting new Kylesa. The band have finished the follow-up to 2009’s Static Tensions and it’s going to be sick.

Called Spiral Shadow, the album was recorded at the Jam Room in Columbia, South Carolina, earlier this summer. It will boast 11 tracks and was once again produced by band member and renowned producer Phillip Cope, who has worked with Baroness and Withered. The disc was written over the past 18 months, according to a press release.

Kylesa are now on tour in Europe with Converge and will team up with High On Fire and Torche for a five-week tour starting September 29 in San Francisco, California, that wraps November 7 in Austin, Texas.
