Ladybird Exclusive Album Stream: Ontological Physicalism

Ontological Physicalism

Wanna hear something totally different?

Then head to the end of this post, where we are exclusively streaming Phoenix doom metal outfit Ladybird’s debut offering, Ontological Physicalism, for Handshake Inc.

If you’re into fuzzed-out riffs with black metal vocals and a serious Peter Green vibe, get ready to get your clock cleaned.

Formed in 2011, Ladybird call themselves hillbilly metal, but what there are elements of noise, stoner rock, and black metal at play here.

It’s three beer-fueled songs, and it’s vicious and evil music, folks. Not for the weak of heart or mind.

The band promises to lay waste to false sycophants trailing the unholy chalice of doom, and recorded these songs in 2012.

Ontological Physicalism moves at a hypnotic, burnt-out crawl.
