A “family emergency” will keep guitarist Mark Morton from making the first few shows of Lamb of God’s current European headlining tour.
That’s a bummer.
The shows will go on.
Lamb’s tapped Paul Waggoner of Between the Buried and Me to fill in for the time being.
The first gig took place last night in Vienna, Austria.
Randy Blythe told the crowd that Morton “had a family emergency, so he had to stay home. It’s family first for this band. We apologize, but he had to be with his family. Luckily, we have a very big music family, so we’ve got our friend Paul Waggoner.”
