The specter of an appeal to his previous not guilty verdict still hung heavy over Lamb of God frontman Randy Blythe…but not anymore.
Prague, Czech Republic’s High Court upheld the verdict earlier today (June 5) in connection with the death of a fan three years ago. The court’s decision is final, and Blythe will never face charges related to the incident again.
A three-judge panel acquitted Blythe in March of manslaughter.
The charges followed the death of 19-year-old Daniel Nosek, which was can now definitively say was a fucking unfortunate accident.
The State Attorney immediately appealed the verdict.
Now, Lamb of God can officially move on with this nonsense, and never visit Prague again.
