That’s right, folks.

Not that it matters, but Camp Freddy, that band Los Angeles denizens love to check out, is no more.

The all-star jam band boasted Jane’s Addiction’s Dave Navarro, former The Cult bassist Billy Morrison, Matt Sorum, Donavan Leitch, and Chris Chaney, also from Jane’s.

While Camp Freddy’s dead, Navarro, Morrison, Leitch and Chaney will continue playing together in a brand new “all-star covers fun-times band” called Royal Machines.

That band will also feature Sugar Ray’s Mark McGrath and Josh Freese, whose dad is awesome.

Los Angeles Cover Band Breaks UpWrites the new band: “We’ll do our best to bring you another 10 years of ridiculously amazing rock shows.”
