Lostprophets Singer Denies Baby Rape Allegations

Ian Watkins

Lostprophets’ frontman may be a pervert, but he’s no baby-raping pervert!

The currently-incarcerated-and-awaiting-trial singer Ian Watkins appeared this morning in a Cardiff Crown Court, along with the two females he was arrested with.

All three face various criminal charges relating to various acts of depravity, but Watkins claims allegations by police he wanted to have forced sex with an infant are not true.

During the proceedings, Wakins denied 24 sexual offenses, including charges of actual rape of a child, not just conspiracy to rape a child.

Reports claim charges which Watkins denied today include two of raping one child (allegedly around the age of 12 months) in April 2012 and conspiring to rape and to sexually assault another between between August and October of the same year.

He pled not guilty to those charges along with denying the sexual assault of the first child and the aiding and abetting an assault by penetration of the second child.

This dude is perfectly normal. They should release him to the custody of Tim Lambesis.

In addition, Watkins pled not guilty to the possession of child pornography between January and December of 2012, as well as possession of images of dudes banging animals.

Similar charges were similarly denied by the two unidentified females who stand accused in this matter.

All three are due back in court June 6 for a case management hearing with a trial date expected to be decided on at that proceeding.

Additionally, a statement was read in court, written by Watkins, and reads as follows: “I want to thank my family, friends and all the fans for their continued support throughout this whole ordeal. Your support gives me strength, I deny all the allegations made against me and will continue to fight to the end to clear my name.”
