That band fucking bit the big one. They put out two records, and they were both huge piles of goth punk poop.
But people gave Murderdolls a chance because Slipknot’s Joey Jordison was a member.
Well, the band’s other member of note, Wednesday 13, says Murderdolls’ 2010 LP Women And Children Last was their last.
In a new interview, Wednesday 13 says Murderdolls says the band “went on a hiatus in 2011 and that’s pretty much it. I don’t have anymore news; there’s no info going on.”
“To be honest, I see that this will be for eternity. But I’m glad we got to do our second record. After that, we were on the high note, but there is no income, so and I’ll be surprised if it ever happen again.”
He added: “I don’t like to say that, I don’t want to disappoint my fans, but I also have to be honest with them and tell them there’s no coming back for a very long time, if it ever does. I don’t like to say ‘never,’ but it’s looking that way.”
Fans? Dude, you give yourself far too much credit.
