If you don’t appreciate the releases of the fine label Willowtip Records, I feel bad for you, dude.
They put out some stellar shit.
In fact, they’ve just signed Los Angeles grind act Nausea.
The brainchild of Oscar Garcia, Nausea, along with Terrorizer (which also featured Garcia), helped define the grindcore genre in the late 1980s.
Now Garcia, along with longtime partner in crime Eric Castro, has been joined by two new members: bassist Alejandro CB and Murder Construct, Impaled and Phobia member Leon del Muerte.
The band’s first offering for the label will be called Condemned To The System.
The CD was recorded by Sean Vahle and mixed and mastered by Alejandro Corredor.
Look for that shit to land in stores the first week of the new year.
