Fucking A, dude! This is some tight-ass shit to start off this otherwise shitty morning. I slept like a father with infant quintuplets and have been busy since my weary eyes first opened.
But hey — it’s OK, because the new Children of Bodom record will feature an awesome cameo.
Annihilator’s Jeff Waters will record his guest spot for the new opus sometime next week.
I’m hoping the new Bodom busts a nut of brutality all over the scene’s collective face, as a reminder that they are fucking dope.
However, if recent offerings are any indication of the level of creativity poured into this next record, I ain’t holding out for that money shot, you dig?
Fuck, I hope so. My analogies can be funky.
Bodom leader Alexi Laiho said in a recent interview that “I played on Annihilator’s album Metal in 2007, so the way I see it, Jeff Waters owes Bodom a solo or two! It’s payback time.”
Bodom have been in Danger Johnny Studios in Helsinki, working on their eighth record, which still has no official title.
May I suggest That Itch Might Be Cancer? That’s a brutal name for an album.
By the way, word has it the new album will boast covers of Roxette and Bananarama songs.
That’s not even a joke.
Did they not learn from that Britney Spears cover?
