North Korea Change Name To NK

NK

Smart move.

Makes sense. I mean, I am sure they’ve been getting an influx of accidental online traffic lately. Being in a band named after a country that’s basically threatening to destroy the country you’re from is kind of weird.

So North Korea, whose lineup boasts The Dillinger Escape Plan drummer Billy Rymer, have gone and switched their name to NK.

Hmm. NK.

Not Kool?

I mean, NK is really almost worse than North Korea, because anyone in the know gets its still short for that, and…I don’t know, could we not think of something better?

The band has posted a teaser of “Kings,” the first single from their forthcoming Triple Crown Records album, online.

You can hear it at their Facebook.

Find it yourself.

The band’s album Nothing To Be Gained Here is either out or coming out.
