Of Mice & Men singer Austin Carlile — who was famously snapped in his mugshot, crying like a baby — will not do a minute of jail time for attacking someone outside a club in Ohio in late March.
Justice? Me thinks not.
Austin was in court today, records show, and had the charges against him lessened as part of a plea deal; he had paid a nominal fine and is free.
That fine? Just $335.
That’s what it costs in Ohio to attack someone with your band’s guitar tech, huh?
Sounds like a bargain.
The attack left a 22-year-old kid unconscious.
That kid has contacted us, saying rumors he was making fun of a recently deceased fan in Austin’s presence were untrue.
Diehards of Austin’s said the victim poked fun at the dead fan and that Carlile was justified in his attack.
