Original Kiss members Ace Frehley and Peter Criss done reunited the other night, marking the first time they’ve played together in 13 years.
Let me guess — you don’t give a fuck, right?
Well, I do. People ask me constantly on Facebook when I post stories on certain act “Who gives a fuck about this band?” Well, the answer is either I do or some segment of my readership does.
Or I’m just trolling.
Yes, Criss and Ace were back at it last night during the all-star jam at the 30th-anniversary party for VH-1 Classic “That Metal Show” co-host Eddie Trunk’s radio show at the Hard Rock Café in New York City.
I know a bunch of people who were there. I, however, was not.
Good thing. Mike Portnoy served as the musical director for the event; had he gotten word I was there, he may have tried to come pummel me like his kit.
The event also boasted appearances by members of bands like Accept, Anthrax, Guns N’ Roses, Twisted Sister, Overkill, Trixter, Queenrÿche, and of course, Lita Ford.
Lita’s everywhere, people.
