Overcast Playing Conn. Show With Integrity

Overcast

My jaw hasn’t closed since I first found out about this one gig that’s going down May 23.

Overcast — the inspirational New England band featuring awesome dudes who’d go on to bands like Shadows Fall and Killswitch Engage — will be playing a show with the one and only Integrity. In New Haven, which is in Connecticut.

Something tells me I know where I’ll be May 23.

The show will also boast Ilsa and Homewrecker.

Good fuck. Overcast and Integrity, on the same night? It feels like the 1990s all over again, people.

The show goes down at The Dark Room on Chapel Street.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and entrance will be $20 at the door, $15 in advance.

I don’t think it’s a sign of anything bigger than this one show (since Killswitch is about to be fully engaged and Shadows Fall continues touring the new disc), but I wish it were a sign of more Overcast movement.
