Sorry for the lag in posts today, people.

I’ve been dealing with some personal issues as of late (nothing too serious; no worries) and additionally, the day job’s been working me harder than you work your dong during your daily masturbation sessions.

While I was busy with other shit, Pelican released a statement saying they’ll have a new EP out soon called The Cliff.

The effort is comprised of three “re-imaginings” of “The Cliff,” a track from the band’s last full-length, Forever Becoming, plus one new song.

Collaborators on the EP include Justin Broadrick (Godflesh, Jesu), Aaron Harris (Isis), and Bryant Clifford Meyer (Isis). Vocals come compliments of Allen Epley of The Life and Times.

Epley also sang on the only other Pelican track to ever feature vocals, 2009’s “Final Breath.”

The EP will hit streets on February 24 on Southern Lord.

A track from that effort follows below.
