Oh yeah, homeslice!
Kelly Garni, the original bassist and founding member of Quiet Riot, will release his long-awaited autobiography, “Angels With Dirty Faces,” on October 29.
This book, I might actually read. If it goes into the road life at all, it could be metal’s answer to “50 Shades of Grey.”
The book contains a very heartfelt and earnest look at Kelly’s life, a press release says. It also explores his music and friends, and offers the reader an “all-access pass” into every corner of his world, including his lifelong friendship with legendary guitarist Randy Rhoads.
“‘Angels With Dirty Faces’ is filled with everything fans have been asking for; insight to the beginnings of a leading band in the hard rock/heavy metal scene, behind-the-scenes photos, handwritten letters from fans, as well as memories and recollections from fellow musicians and much more,” a press release pimps.
