Readers’ Bands: Now, Let’s Listen To Warclouds

Warclouds

Its another new week, which means its once again time to check out one of my many readers’ many bands. You people are fucking crazy creative, and have some real chops, I tell ya!

This week, we meet Warclouds, the band of long-time reader Romanos Skiadas.

He plays bass in the London-based death metal outfit, which is heavy influenced by the death metal sound of the early 1990s…a great period for the genre.

According to what I read online, the tempo on the band’s full-length is not obsessively fast but there is enough of a variation of riffs to keep things interesting. Warclouds also incorporate other styles into their sound, and lyrically, focus on “the horror/agony themes to daily struggles.”

“It’d be really could if you could put us in the ‘Readers’ Band’ column (if you like us obviously),” Romanos writes us.

Well, I liked you guys (a lot), and am sure the rest of my readers will dig you too.

Here is a sampling of Warclouds. Like them on Facebook if you’re down.
