Readers’ Bands: Prog Metal Is Tetrafusion’s Specialty

If you like the gentler sounds of Opeth, and can imagine Tool recording an album of Jeff Buckley covers, doped up on Xanax and painkillers, then you may dig Tetrafusion.

They’re definitely growing on me the more I listen to them, and you can check them out at the end of this post.

Mark from the Louisiana-based band reached out to us, about the band’s third album, Horizons, which was produced in North Carolina by Jamie King (Between the Buried and Me, The Human Abstract, Last Chance to Reason).
“Would love for you to check us out! Is there is any way we can get a small plug, mention, post, review, interview even on your website, we’d truly appreciate the opportunity,” writes Mark.

This work?

Am I in love with this band? Nope.

But do I sense myself falling in serious like with them? Kinda.
