So, Friday was a crock of shit.
Tickets were supposed to go on sale that afternoon for King Diamond’s upcoming New York gig, which I will be at so plan accordingly.
Alas, this site and others got bad intel, and erroneously reported the wrong on-sale date; it’s actually this Friday. The one coming up.
I can’t wait to see the King in New York. It’ll be fan-fucking-tabulous.
Oh, by the way…if you were actually planning on buying a copy of the new Corrosion of Conformity record tomorrow, you’re shit outta luck.
The release date for IX — which may have already leaked…I don’t bother myself with such nonsense — has been pushed back to July 1 release date in the U.S.
Offers the band:
“Due to conditions of chaos beyond our control, we have been informed by our record label that the release date for ‘IX,’ the ninth studio album, will be July 1st, with vinyl ‘two weeks later.’ We are sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may create.”
