Ross “The Boss” Friendman of Manowar and the Dictators is emerging from relative obscurity to revel a new project, called Death Dealer.
I am shocked that name was available. I figure a metal band would have named themselves that by now.
Death Dealer has a debut album prepped called Warmaster.
“The Death Dealer sound is a mighty combination of five very talented, seasoned musicians,” explains Ross. “It’s classic power metal with the brutal edge of thrash, speed, and precision.”
The band also boasts Cage’s Sean Peck, guitarist Stu Marshall, Halford and Lizzy Borden bassist Mike Davis, and Manowar drummer Kenny “Rhino” Earl.
The group was formed last year through email and social networking.
