It is funny. Every time I have ever been to Six Flags, the only bands they’ve ever had play there were either tween acts, washed-up ‘80s or ‘90s dudes, or people dressed in heavy character suits, dancing around to blared audio.
The Six Flags FestEvil may change that perception of mine.
Calling it “a new music festival to kick off Six Flags Great Adventure’s month of Halloween,” the FestEvil will take place on Saturday, September 29, at the Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey…the one I live closest to, and have been to a billion times.
Tickets will include admission to the entire park and are priced at $55 in advance. So, who’s playing? Wouldn’t you like to know.
Born Of Osiris have been booked, as has Horizons, Falling In Reverse, We Came As Romans, Norma Jean, Texas In July, I The Breather, My Ticket Home, Palisades, Visions, Dream For Tomorrow and First of the Fallen.
I’ll be staying home. Not because of the bands. OK, partly because of the bands, but also…who goes to Great Adventure on a Saturday?
