Soulfly Release New Lyric Video

Everybody loves lyric videos.

Everybody but me.

At the end of this post, you can watch a new lyric video from Soulfly for the track “Bloodshed,” which comes from the forthcoming LP Savages.

I guess lyric videos are cool in that you don’t need to watch them, yet can still preview a band’s new material. So I guess they’re alright.

Frontman Max Cavalera’s son, Lody Kong’s Igor Cavalera, is a special guest on the tune.

“The song is about the absurdity of the human condition in territories plagued by bloodshed all over the world,” says Max.

“Not just recent events like Iraq, but also historical conflicts such as the U.S. Civil War, World Wars I and II, etc.”

Good to know.
Savages drops October 1 through Nuclear Blast Entertainment.
