Stone Temple Pilots EP Gets A Name

High Rise

Chester Bennington’s influence on Stone Temple Pilots is already evident.

The Stone Temple Pilots, with Bennington, will release a new EP in October.

The title? High Rise.

That sounds like something Linkin Park would use as a song title.

This new EP — the band’s first actual studio set without Scott Weiland — will hit stores on October 8 through 13Star Records.

The EP boasts five songs, and the cover art accompanies this post.

I’d be down to hear what this sounds like, but am expecting utter poop.
