The Absence Have A New Album Too

The Absence

So many new albums from so many different bands, its hard to keep track of it all. Thank Satan you have Gun Shy Assassin to keep you in the mother-lovin’ loop. So, yeah, there’s this band called The Absence from Tampa, Florida. And being they’re from Tampa, you may have figured they’re death metal. You’d be right.

So, The Absence — who were recently rejoined by original drummer Jeramie Kling — are on Metal Blade, and they’ve got this new disc coming called Enemy Unbound. Shit, that’s a pretty tyrant. In fact, that would even be an awesome band name.

The disc comes out September 14, and boasts 11 tracks, including “Deepest Wound,” “Solace,” and “Hidden in White.” I hope that last one’s not a tribute to the Klan.
