Because someone cares. I’m kidding. OK, I’m not. These dudes are nice, but I’m no fan of their output, generally-speaking. Christian metallers The Chariot will be heading out this winter with Cancer Bats (another band I’m like ‘Meh’ about) and Stray From The Path.
So far, just a plethora of dates has been announced, with more to come over the coming weeks. I have those after the jump.
Meanwhile, The Chariot have finished most of the work for their next LP Long Live, which is being helmed by producer Matt Goldman. The recording’s been done and now, they just have to master that shit. The band’s singer, Norma Jean escapee Josh Scogin, announced the news on Twitter, saying the disc “is officially done folks.”
Ooooooooooooh goooooood for you! When these dudes released their last album, they were on tour. At the stroke of midnight — to celebrate the release of the album — they lit off fireworks inside their van. No shit. True story.
