That’s cool, I guess.
The End Records have secured the North American rights to over 50 titles from defunct UK label, Music For Nations, according to reports
This means the end now has rights over recordings by the likes of Will Haven, Cradle Of Filth, Godflesh, Opeth, Vision Of Disorder, and Neurosis.
The End has digitally released the efforts in North America with plans for new physical versions starting to hit stores in late January.
The label is trying to coerce the artists into adding bonus material for these physical re-releases. Wild, right?
The deal also gives The End access to recordings by 311, Anathema, Candlemass, Firebird, Paradise Lost, Vaux, Spirtual Beggars, and Three Days Grace.
I wonder what kind of bonus material they’re gunning for? I’m assuming leftover tracks from the same sessions. I wonder how many bands will want to participate?
