Congrats are in order for the rambunctious lads in New York City metal act Tiger Flowers, whose singer is an occasional writer for us.
They’ve signed a deal with Melotov Records.
The label will release the band’s debut full-length, Dead Hymns, on April 8.
Dead Hymns was prodcued by Elliot Geller (Malignancy, Dim Mak) and mastered by Shane Frisby (Turmoil, Revocation).
Says our pal and Tiger Flowers frontman Jesse James Madre:
“Transmitting from the sewers of NYC, this is Tiger Flowers and we are extremely excited to be working with Melanie and Melotov Records. We’ve been a fan of her bands, past and present, and are really looking forward to having our record out there for more people to hear. Working with Melanie has been super hands-on from the start and it shows she really cares about her bands and wants to see them do well. With this new deal with Deathwish we are confident we have a great team behind us that will allow us to push this record as hard as we can and get it into as many ears as possible. Look for us on tour in April bringing our brand of music to as many new people as possible.”
