Tombs Streaming New Album On NPR

Tombs

Since when did NPR become a bastion of metal? I’m confused. Anyways, like so many other bands have done since the beginning of this year, Brooklyn metal act Tombs are streaming their album in its entirety over at NPR.org, and not Gun Shy Assassin.

You can’t win ‘em all, I guess. I’m just glad someone got it other than the usual turds who get everything. The new album, Path Of Totality, drops June 7 via Relapse Records. I have been listening to it as of late, and it’s sick.

Go here, and you can hear the entire record — from first track to last. Then, come back and tell us what you think of it.

The follow-up to Winter Hours was recorded at Elmwood Recording studios in Dallas, Texas. It will be made available on CD, 2xLP, and digitally and features artwork from Thomas Hooper of Hoopers Electric.
