Before the year is out, we’ll be getting some new Tool to blast.
The oft-delayed follow-up to 2006′s 10,000 Days is finished and according to guitarist Adam Jones, will arrive later this year.
Reports claim Jones told an unnamed fan attending a pre-show VIP meet-and-greet in Portland, Oregon, on Thursday afternoon that Tool’s fifth studio album is “one-hundred percent done” and should arrive later in the year.
This starkly contrasts what Maynard James Keenan has previously said about the sessions, saying the new one wouldn’t be done for a while.
