Triptykon DVD “An Ambitious Project”

Triptykon

Some site called T-Mobile-Music.pl spoke with Triptykon’s singer, guitarist, and main songwriter Tom Gabriel Warrior recently, and asked about the band’s forthcoming DVD.

I haven’t actually wanted to procure a DVD this badly since they released “Anal Teen Trapeze 15: Citizens On Patrol.”

“It’s a very ambitious project,” Tom — who was also in Hellhammer and Celtic Frost, so…you better recognize — says.

“It’s not just a live DVD, it’s a concert film,” he adds. “It’s also an expensive project and we’re working on it. It’s definitely a plan that we wanna realize, but I can’t give you a definite release date yet. But we are working on it — very definitely — and eventually it’s gonna happen. And there’s also a second DVD in the planning.

“There’s a million projects, but sometimes you have to be a little patient,” he adds. “I don’t like to do quick things; I like to do things right and to do them appropriately. To me, what counts is not the speed, what counts is the quality of the product, and sometimes quality takes a little more work.”

Still no word on that Hellhammer reunion we wished for on our most recent birthday when we blew out the candles. Bummer.
