If you want to hear a new song from Norwegian black metal outfit Vreid, just head to the end of this post and rock out, dude. The song is really, really insanely heavy.
The guitars, the drums, the vocals…this is what black metal is supposed to sound like, and now, I need to hear their new full-length, V, which was released today through Indie Recordings.
“Arche” is the opening track from the album, the lyrics for which were inspired by the book “Markens Grøde/Growth Of The Soil,” which earned controversy-sparking Norwegian author Knut Hamsun a Nobel prize in literature in 1920.
