Oh well. No big deal. It happens.
Drummers come and go. Just ask Slayer.
Drummer Austin Thornton and those buttdarts in Woe, Is Me have parted ways.
“Due to differences in musical creativity and control, the forward progression of the band with our current lineup is not possible,” writes the group online.
The parting was allegedly amicable.
“The differences just ended up creating more frustration and negativity and we feel as though this change is necessary to move forward and is a positive thing for everyone involved.
“This will not be slowing us down. We won’t be dropping any of our shows or tour dates, and we’ll be releasing a new single in June, just in time for Warped Tour in the summer!”
Presumably, they’re in the market for a kitman.
Hopefully, they can get one before that Warped Tour starts, because after all, it is easily the most metal tour to ever fucking happen.
