Yakuza Releasing Beyul In October

I want

You know what band rules? Yakuza.

There. I said it.

And yes, Yakuza are returning October 16 with a new record called Beyul.

Profound Lore Records — a label I’ve loved for years, because they release legitimate shit — will issue handle the CD and handle the digital formats.

Gravedancer Records will release a vinyl version of the album in November.

Man…October’s shaping up to be a month of pure awesomeness. I’m psyched.

You can preview the new Yakuza over on Pitchfork.

Beyul will boast guest appearances by cellist Helen Money, Sweet Cobra’s Tim Remus, and Sybris’ Angela Mullenhour.

New Yakuza…a rush of blood to my nether regions.
