It’s not every day that someone from Norwegian progressive and dark experimental metal band Khonsu emails us, but the other day, S. Gronbech did, so we figured we’d better bring you this news.

The band, which features members from Keep of Kalessin, released a debut album in 2012, and for the last three Saturdays, has released one new track from a new EP entitled Traveller for free.

The last song is due to be released the coming Saturday through YouTube, and the EP will then also be downloadable in better quality.

Hear the track “Visions of Nehaya” here, and the band’s take on two Keep of Kalessin tunes (“Traveller” and “lx”) here.

Below is the band’s cover of Björk’s “Army of Me,” and yes, I am a fan of Björk’s music.

Always have been.

Judgmental fuck.

The band have a full-length album coming this fall, the email said.
